Schools' Technical Assistance

Our trained and very experienced technicians know how to take care of your ICT hardware and software.

We routinely handle the installation and configuration of new equipment and software on school curriculum and administration networks, performing updates, repairs and network infrastructure maintenance.

In our schools we maintain a variety peer-to-peer and client-server networks including CC3, Window Box, SchoolShare and Ranger. 

Our Schools' Technical Assistance programme can be as flexible as suits your requirements - a pre-booked series of regular visits, occasional visits as the need arises, or a combination of the two.

Schools' Technical Assistance visits are billed at a fixed hourly rate at the end of each month, so you know exactly where you stand.
